Clinical Programs

Grasmere Place is a residential healthcare facility for adults with a clinical diagnosis of psychiatric illness. We provide a comprehensive spectrum of services to meet the individualized needs of each resident. Our innovative programs feature a psychosocial rehabilitation model which is supervised by qualified and licensed mental health specialists. Our unique programs are customized to address the behavioral, social, psychological and vocational levels of care. Grasmere Place also provides a substance abuse program where participation requires this problem to be secondary to an M.I. diagnosis. We provide structured, supportive and clinically designed programs within a warm, compassionate and caring atmosphere.
